Jasmine should be the one over everyone even thinking they know anything about customer service because they obviously don't and are in need of a crash course or else they need to move on to something else. If it wasn't for Jasmine the dumpster I had to fight to get replaced because of disrepair would be picked up and the service from CWS would be terminated immediately for poor customer service but she kept up even with no cooperation at all apparently from management and I've yet to hear from Mark Powell who should be concerned that his team is failing. It doesn't matter if you answer the phone if you argue with a customer and are full of excuses.
